We can add your logo via an aluminum plate attached to the safe.
Do you offer custom colors and sizes?
Yes. While black and grey are standard, we accept customized colors if the MOQ is met. We can also customize the dimensions according to your specific requirements.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Different products have different MOQs. Generally, it ranges from 100 to 1,000 pieces. Please contact our sales team for exact details.
What are the payment terms?
We typically accept TT payment with a 30% deposit and the remaining 70% before shipment. Terms are negotiable for long-term partners.
What is the quality guarantee?
We offer a one-year warranty (excluding damage caused by human factors) and provide free replacement parts.
What is the production lead time?
Normally, production takes 30-45 days after the order is confirmed.
